*You have signs for several words too:

- Scrunching your face and shivering = Ice cream
- Patting your head (which is also the sign for hat) = Woody (or Toy Story)
*You LOVE to watch TV...I'm not sure how this habit developed, but you could not be happier when you are sitting on your couch or in Mommy and Daddy's bed or in the recliner with Daddy and watching TV. You LOVE to watch Handy Manny, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Toy Story, and Veggietales. Any time you ask to watch TV, and I respond with a "yes", you say, "YAY!! and go running for your chair, pull it out, sit down, and start sucking your thumb!
*You have sounds for lots of animals: cow (mmm), cat (mow), dog (bark) , sheep (ba) , pig (you breathe in and out through your nose), duck (you click your tongue), rooster (dodo), horse (nay)
*Whenever I tell you that Daddy is on his way home, you instantly run to the door and want to go outside and wait for him!!
*When you see a white truck, you say "dada"
*You love to sing songs and have signs to tell me what you want to sing: Head and Shoulders (Point to your head and toes), Itsy Bitsy Spider (twist your hands in front of you), If You're Happy and you Know it (Point fingers to cheeks)
*You are having a blast playing with some of your new Christmas toys: pop up tunnel/tent from Nana and Poppa, 2 ft tall car ramp from Meme and Pawpaw (which you like to play with in the tent), talking Handy Manny and tools from Great Granny, and a tool set from Aunt Janna and Uncle Benny
*You also received some foam blocks from Mommy and Daddy..you LOVE for us to stack them so you can knock them down. You knock them over with your hands or kick them or run into them with your belly. Mommy likes to "get you" for knocking over her blocks and you laugh and laugh and ask for more!!
*Hide and seek is one of your favorite games..Your favorite place to hide is behind the dining room curtains. You will giggle while we look for you and cackle when we find you!!
*You can now blow bubbles in the tub...with your mouth AND nose!!
* I love the "dinner conversations" that you have with Daddy...you will mimic his expressions and gestures and repeat anything he says!!
*When you find a book that you want us to read to you, you will back up into our laps.
*We are always amazed with your memory..you will see something or we will do something and days or weeks later, you will want to do it again...the same way that it was...For example, every time, we go in the backyard, you want us to throw the balls on the roof (something that Daddy always does when we are outside)...Any time you see Nana's purse, you ask for the "horse" because she has a horse wind up toy that she got out for you one time at a restaurant....Poppa says the phrase, "Money makes the monkey dance" and you just laugh and laugh!! Now, whenever you see Poppa or we talk about Poppa, you start doing your sign for monkey!!
*When I ask you what you would like to drink, you put your finger on your lips and say, "Umm" and then say and sign milk or juice or water..whichever one you decide on!!
*Sometimes, when I am holding you, you will grab my face with your hands and turn it toward you and kiss me on the lips...it melts my heart every time!!
I could go ON and ON and ON!! You are just such a happy and funny and smart little boy!! You make us laugh and fill our lives with joy every minute of every day!!
